We’re back… kinda! I’m still settling into my apartment, drawing and getting ready for Staple this weekend. As the sweetest gesture, Paul Cleland Smith of Real Cane Sugar drew me a two-part guest comic! Paul himself went on hiatus for awhile, but came back rarin’ to go and has been updating like a fiend. I suggest you check Real Cane Sugar out if you haven’t, I’ve been following it for awhile and its a fun read!

Love Me Nice will not be updated for about 2 weeks — I’m moving to a new apartment and need whatever time I have off from work to get my stuff in order! And for the first week there I may not have internet. While I can’t dedicate quality time to comic pages at the moment, I’ll try to keep the site from stagnating with some sketches and drawings!

As for this doodle, well little Claire was getting all the spotlight and I miss drawing Mac so… there ya go! You’ll see tiny Mac and his sister again, just not for a good long while.

But wait, since my last scheduled update, it’s been 3 weeks and in those 3 weeks, there have been 4 pages… what does that mean? Well it means, in retrospect, I’ve missed 2 updates.

At this point, I think its better to make the best of it than desperately try to catch up, now that work has calmed down and I’m no longer sick. Luckily, its very early in the comic so I hope the missed updates won’t be a detriment to its future.

A day later than I’d planned, but I really didn’t like the faces on my last page and did my damnedest not to mess them up this time! I think rushing messed up the last page — so I did the opposite with this one. I’d rather have a quality page than a timely one.  Look forward to another page *very* soon.
